4 Noses Brewing expands into Park Hill

October 3, 2023 Steve Graham

By David Young

It’s a lot easier for Denver’s Park Hill residents to get their hands on some fresh 4 Noses Brewing Company beer.

A new location recently opened at 4040 Dahlia Street in Park Hill, which highlights the growth of the brewery that has expanded from its original location in Broomfield.

The new location, with 32 beers on tap, signifies a milestone in the brewery's nine-year history while positioning it for ongoing growth and innovation.

Although the new location is open, a grand opening celebration is planned for Friday, Oct. 20.

"We are thrilled for 4 Noses Brewing Company to join the Park Hill community with our brand new taproom and brewery," said Tommy Bibliowicz, CEO of 4NB Holdings in a press release. "This new chapter for 4 Noses will allow us to expand our production, push innovation, and continue improving quality. It also opens the door for innovative partnerships with other craft breweries. We look forward to showcasing all of our brands in this beautiful taproom.”

4 Noses Brewing Company has long been a leading craft brewery in the metro beer scene, best known for its innovative flavors and brews such as ‘Bout Damn Time IPA and Pump Action Imperial Pumpkin Ale, which have earned them prestigious gold medals at the Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup.

The new Park Hill neighborhood location is just the beginning of expansion plans at 4 Noses. The expansion will help meet the growing demand for 4 Noses beers with a larger brewhouse, expanded fermentation capabilities, and increased production overall. The expansion will provide visitors with a view of the new BrauKon Brewhouse and the Quality Control Lab from the taproom. The brewhouse may also benefit other smaller craft breweries in the region as 4 Noses plans to open its equipment for contract brewing to other local breweries who are seeking additional capacity.

“The design of the brewery and the taproom utilize many of the same tactics to promote efficient and effective flow through the space. Whether it is to facilitate each of the steps in the brewing process seamlessly, or the ability to serve guests from a well-laid-out bar, taproom, and patio, a constant dialogue with the 4 Noses staff allowed us to calibrate the building to work for them at the highest level,” said David Bibliowicz, brother of Tommy, and founder and architect at Studio Biblio, in a prepared statement.

“In addition to functionality, the taproom space and its connections to the surrounding patio provide layers of warmth and lightness that allow it to be equally comfortable on a bright summer day as it is on a cozy winter night,” he said.

4 Noses Brewing Company started in 2015 as a family-owned company. In 2021, 4NB Holdings, the parent company of 4 Noses Brewing Company, acquired Odd13 Brewing, which operates in Lafayette.

4 Noses also explores a wide range of flavors and techniques, including traditional lagers and sour beers at their Wild Provisions Beer Project location in Boulder. With 32 taps at the Park Hill location, the brewery plans to serve select offerings from all three brands.
