I am as ready as anyone to ring in a new year and say good riddance to 2022, but I’m not making any promises about staying up past midnight in New York. For those of us with early bedtimes, I’ll start with a few pre-parties on New Year’s Eve, then get to the midnight toasts and other events on the Colorado craft libations scene.

We also have a separate list of local craft eateries and hotels with notable party plans on Saturday.

Toast every time zone

Toast the early time zones every hour, starting with Singapore. Old 121 Brewhouse in Lakewood opens at 9 a.m., with beer specials and hourly toasts until 6 p.m. Instant Ramen will have a food truck on hand, and Nomad Neighbors play live music from 3 to 6.

Gluten-Free Beer Pairing Dinner

Holidaily's Golden taproom hosts a private and formal ticketed beer pairing dinner, catered by Barrett & Pratt Provisions, from 6 to 8 p.m. The entire menu will be gluten-free and corn-free.

Jazz brunch and dinner

Outworld Brewing in Longmont closes out its jazz and funk series with a $40 jazz brunch from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with the Hugh Ragin Band; and a $50 dinner from 6 to 9 pm. with Rico Jones. Reservations are recommended.

Glitter City toast

All three Denver Beer Company taprooms are open until 10 p.m., and will serve Glitter City, a special edition of Love this City sprinkled with edible glitter.

Eternal Boulder party

On to the events for all you crazy kids staying up to the wee hours.

We’ll start with a big one in Boulder, where DV8 Distillery and Junkyard Social Club will be open until 2 a.m. Take a free shuttle between the two dance venues, with a variety of DJs on multiple stages, as well as circus performances, gogo dancers, community art pieces, themed cocktails and more. Advance tickets cost $40.

Gatsby Party in Pueblo

Walter’s Brewery in Pueblo has one of the best New Year’s Eve deals in the state. The cover is $5 for a 1920s-style party from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Broken Electronics will DJ the event, and Steel City Cafe offers a special prime rib dinner. The event also includes burlesque dancers, giveaways and beer.

Bootstrap show

Longmont’s Bootstrap Brewing hosts a party from 9 p.m. to midnight. Entry costs $10, including a free pint, hats, noise-makers, and live music fromUnauthorized Absence. The brewery also recently released the 2022 Zeus imperial stout aged in port barrels.

Winery party

Bigsby's Folly, an urban Denver winery, turns back the clock a century to the roaring 1920s in their historic warehouse building that dates back to 1886. The $125 event is limited to 150 tickets, and runs from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. A live DJ will spin tunes, and tickets include two select drinks, a midnight champagne toast and party favors.

Phish-y New Year’s Eve

Over Yonder Brewing in Golden will livestream the New York City Phish show on a giant screen, with Sqwerv playing live in between sets. Retro attire is encouraged, and DIY festive accessories are available in a craft corner. Over Rice Thai will serve food, and the Origin Hotel Red Rocks is next door if you don’t have a designated driver. The party starts at 5 p.m.

Frisco disco ball party

Highside Brewing in Frisco offers a full bar and live music from Horizon Line from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

FlyteCo Tower party

FlyteCo Brewing’s new outpost in the former Stapleton air traffic control tower hosts a party with a “Catch Me If You Can” theme. Dress like a 1960s flight crew (or a charming conman) and enjoy bowling, mini golf, arcade games, dancing, appetizers, party favors and three drink tickets for $99.

Snowbank after-hours

Fort Collins’ Snowbank Brewing is open late for a $15 ticketed party, including food, craft beer, photo booth and midnight toast.

Sparge New Year's Eve Party

Sparge Brewing in Wellington hosts a $30 party with a DJ, dancing, balloon drop, confetti cannon, snacks and a midnight toast.
