Their Impossible Veggie Burger is a blank canvas that can be filled bun-to-bun with their 31 toppings including a variety of cheeses, jams, queso and even peanut butter.

Now with three locations in Lone Tree, Glendale, and Boulder, Native Foods is serving up plant-based goodness in Colorado. Award-winning burger restaurant Park Burger takes pride in making all of their burgers out of local ingredients. Their Veggie Park burger stands tall on their classic burgers menu, topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and made-in-house burger sauce. Santana’s Burger Grill in Colorado Springs is not falling short with their vegan-based menu. They are serving up the staple veggie style with their Deluxe Burger, Deluxe Cheeseburger, Deluxe Bacon Cheeseburger, Deluxe BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, and Thousand Island Burger.  All burgers have the option to be served on a gluten-free bun.

With their mission to serve all individuals regardless of food restrictions, City O’ City of Denver gives freedom of choice with their over-the-top menu of vegetarian and vegan options. Most notably is the O’ City burger, a vegetable, walnut, and sunflower burger topped with vegan American cheese. The Chophouse burger features the same burger but topped with crispy onions, grilled mushrooms, and their house-made steak sauce. Be sure to wash down those burgers with their select drafts from local Colorado breweries.

Next Level Burger in Denver is homegrown by two former Metro State University students . The 100-percent plant-based burger chain recently opened its 10th restaurant, and its first in Denver. Matt and Cierra de Gruyter are now based in Oregon but Matt grew up in Denver and is proud to offer excellent vegan burgers, fries and shakes. Look for the Signature Burger, the Maverick Burger and try both types of fries.
