Fenceline Cider Invites You to Join the Club

By Thirst Colorado

Just 10 minutes from the entrance of Mesa Verde National Park is the tiny town of Mancos, which has become a popular destination for travelers to the Four Corners area.

Fenceline Cider calls Mancos home and takes advantage of the location, which offers more than just beautiful landscapes. Among the beauty are orchards, cultivated by generations of apple growers who use the rich soil and arid climate to produce perfect fruit for ciders.

Fenceline also has decided to take advantage of the four seasons in the Four Corners area by offering a club subscription. Initial memberships must be secured by Oct. 1. Members receive curated, three-bottle boxes of Fenceline’s ciders.

“The Cider Club is designed to create a unique apple experience from Fenceline’s historical orchards of the Southwest to the homes of cider enthusiasts everywhere,” according to co-owner Sam Perry. “Each quarterly cider club release will feature a hand-picked selection of craft cider complete with tasting notes and seasonal field observations.”

Available nationwide, a membership costs $59, plus shipping every three months, and benefits include discounts on online and taproom to-go sales. Members also receive VIP invitations to events and the option to gift one cider shipment each year to friends or family. “It is our intention and honor to create a unique apple experience from our historical orchards to the comforts of your own home,” Perry says.

The cidery, which opened in 2018, also offers a taproom that pairs Fenceline’s products with live music, food trucks and an outdoor patio to take in the southwest Colorado experience.

“Since opening the doors to our taproom in Mancos, we have always been inspired by creating a community around the love of craft cider,” says Perry. “Our cider club is a portal to share our cider across the country.”

Perry owns the cidery along with Neal Wight, who grew up in Napa Valley, working on his family’s farm.
