In a weekend chock-full of anniversary parties and beer fests, there’s yet another off-the-chain celebration that you’ll want to attend.

Comrade Brewing Co. turns three tomorrow, April 21. Comrade, which has brought fan hits to the taps, such as Superpower IPA, Koffee Kream Extra and Überpower, is going all out with 20 beers on tap, featuring some very exciting barrel-aged releases.

Comrade's party kicks off at 11 a.m. Saturday with releases throughout the day. The barrel-aged Vanilla Coffee Quit Stalin will tap at 5 p.m. Limited edition glassware will also be available featuring the Rastal Craft Master Two, with spiral nucleation – which Comrade reports “gives your beer constant bubbling!”

Comrade Brewing Co. recently tapped Honeyman V, a reinterpretation of their Honeyman series and the Lenindrop Wheat. Both of the brews feature lemondrop hops that impart huge lemon-citrus notes, perfect for warmer days ahead. With any luck, the sun will shine on Saturday and both brews will still be available.
