Quad aged in Bourbon Barrels is another annual release that is highly anticipated. This hefty beer's oaky notes and slight alcohol warmth lead to a dry finish that makes this the perfect beer to enjoy on a cold winter evening.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Quad or BBQ, as we like to call it, pairs well with heavy lifting. Go ahead and try to eat a pulled pork sandwich while deadlifting, I dare you (actually, please don't).

Starless Night is a Black Saison that is part of our Colorado Series this year. The Colorado Series is a special small batch series allowing our brewers to experiment and chase their passions. The first beer of the series, Starless Night, is the roasty, toasty, saison-child of one of our brewers, Chris.

Peachy King is an annual release that allows us to experiment with barrel-aging one of our favorite beers: Tropic King. This year, we took a batch of Tropic King, added peach puree and souring bacteria then aged it in whiskey barrels. As soon as this beer hits your lips, you'll be hooked on the Peachy King train for life.

Peachy King pairs well with using too many emojis. You know who you are.

Hoppopotamus is in collaboration with Kyle Hollingsworth of The String Cheese Incident and of Kyle Hollingsworth Band. Hoppopotamus is a refreshing sip of sunshine in a glass. The addition of mandarin orange puree combined with citrusy hops makes for a hop forward easy-drinker.

Hoppopotamus pairs well with jam bands.
