The Florence Pioneer Museum & Florence Brewing Company are co-hosting the Second Annual Chili & Beer Fest fundraiser for Florence Pioneer Museum’s Historic Building Fund. The museum will be selling homemade chili, prepared by locals, in handmade bowls, made by P&G Pottery, that you get to take home. Fee is $10 for a bowl and one fill of chili or $15 for a bowl and all-you-can-eat chili.

The monies raised will be designated toward remodeling the Lamm O’Mac Research Library.

Can you help by donating a crock pot of chili? The Museum is still taking commitments from chili makers. Call the Museum at 719-784-1904 if you are interested in making chili for them to serve.

Florence Brewing Company has a variety of beer, cider, wine, mixed drinks, and sodas available and the Atomic Sandwich Lab will be serving food if the chili runs out.
