Upslope to feature 50 brews at 8th anniversary party

Cubs fans had to wait 108 years to celebrate but Upslope Brewing Company fans only had to wait eight years to celebrate the breweries anniversary on Saturday, Nov. 5.

The Flatiron Park tap room will be the place to find the iconic Boulder brewery’s specialty styles, vintage favorites, collaborations and a limited 8th Anniversary Ale. Recent popular offerings include the Limited Release Series, the Lee Hill Series and the Tap Room Series.

Fifty brews will be available to sample along with a variety of music and food.

Music will be provided by Coambient, Reckon, Guerrilla Fanfare, and The Pamlico Sound, according to Upslope’s press release. “Another year down and another reason to celebrate our awesome fans who have helped us get this far,” Upslope Founder Matt Cutter said. “We look forward to this time each year—when we can raise a toast to our team, as well as the loyal community of craft beer drinkers, while also getting excited about new beers and innovation for the coming year.”

Food trucks will include Rocky Mountain Slices, Rollin' Bones BBQ, Sancho's Authentic Mexican Restaurantand Schnibs Pretzels.

Upslope is known for donating one percent of sales from its craft lager can sales to local Trout Unlimited chapters in the state where the beer is purchased.

Cubs fans and everyone else is invited to the free party scheduled for 2-8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, at the Flatiron Park tap room, 1898 S Flatiron Ct., in Boulder. For more information, check Upslope’s 8th Anniversary Facebook event.
